One morning on my way to town, I passed this spectacular site of a big circus tent set up on one of the fields at Saxe Middle School in New Canaan, Connecticut. Sometime in the middle of the night the circus had come to town! My heart began to speed up – the circus was here! The circus was here! I had no intention of actually going to the circus but was merely excited for all the children in town who would walk under the Big Top and enter a world of wonder and whimsy.
