Practice, Practice,Practice

I made a promise to myself to keep drawing, painting, collaging this year on a daily basis. I promised myself that I would watch and take as many videos on Skillshare and Udemy and other learning sites to continue expanding my skills.

So with that in mind, here are a few drawings from the first 9 days of the new year.

One of the classes I’m taking this month is a drawing class on Udemy called The Ultimate Animal Drawing Course : Beginner to Advanced with teacher Jaysen Batchelor. In the opening lesson he teaches us how to draw this tiger’s eye. After the 11-hour class is completed he will instruct us to to do another rendition on the tiger’s eye for us to compare our work and hopefully see some improvement.
