I love to sculpt and have had the opportunity to sculpt in wax the bronze owl. The process lost wax casting, also known as investment casting or precision casting makes a bronze duplicate of the wax sculpture. It was incredibly fun sculpting in wax.

The metal owl below I welded together from reclaimed metal that I ‘picked’ from a salvage yard.
